Browsing data

The server hosting the website automatically records, in its technical logs, data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system. These are used to ensure the website works properly and securely and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). They are not used to profile users.

Data sent through the contact form

Name, email, company (optional) and message text. We use them solely to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare an offer (pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Together with the message we record the page it was sent from and the referring site (only the domain name, for example "google.com"), to understand which content is useful; we do not use cookies or other tracking tools. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also keep a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address.

PDF guide request

Email (required), name and company (optional). The email is used to send you the link to download the guide you requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); as with the contact form, we also record the page and the referring site, and whether and when the file is downloaded.

Only if you tick the dedicated optional box do we also use your data to contact you again and offer you a local AI consultation (consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is not required to receive the guide and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@dabryx.com or by replying to one of our emails.

Emails you send us directly

Data contained in emails sent to info@dabryx.com are processed in order to reply to and handle the request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

• Technical server logs: deleted automatically within 52 days.
• Contact requests: kept for 24 months from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins; in that case retention periods follow legal obligations (for example tax obligations).
• PDF guide requests: kept for 24 months; the download link expires after 7 days. If you have agreed to be contacted again, the data are kept until you withdraw your consent and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
• IP address fingerprint used to prevent abuse: deleted within 24 hours.

Data are processed by the controller and stored on servers located in the European Union, provided by Contabo GmbH as hosting provider, both for the website and for the internal management system in which we record requests. Internal notifications of new contacts do not contain your personal data. Data are not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

To send you the email with the link to the guide we use Resend, Inc. as our email delivery provider (data processor), sending from infrastructure located in the European Union (Ireland). Resend is a company based in the United States: any transfer of data takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We share with Resend only your email address, your name if provided and the text of the message.

The website does not use cookies, analytics or profiling tools, or third-party content (fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server).

Each language of the site has its own address (for example /en/ for English): the language you choose is not stored on your device. If you close the free guide reminder, that choice is remembered only until you close the tab, in the browser's session storage (sessionStorage). It is a technical tool that requires no consent: you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@dabryx.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing data in the contact form is optional, but without a name, email and message we cannot reply to your request. To receive the PDF guide only your email is required; consent to be contacted again is always optional.
