Support: the developers answer
There is no call centre behind our support. You speak directly with the developer who wrote the software, on WhatsApp too, 7 days a week: the problem is often solved while you are talking about it, otherwise within 24 hours. When needed, we come on site.
The person who answers knows the software line by line, because they wrote it: they don't need to open a ticket with someone else or have the problem explained twice.
For clients with a contract: dedicated tickets, response within 2 hours on weekdays (9:00–18:00) and within 24 hours at weekends and on public holidays.
Connected to the programs you already use
We have connected the management software of LSD Libri, Oriani Roma, Conad and other clients to the electronic invoicing Sistema di Interscambio, and our software to Zucchetti, Namirial, Salesforce, business intelligence tools and many external payroll services, as well as e-commerce, tills and couriers. We connect via APIs, file exports and imports, depending on what the existing programs allow. Data from Excel sheets or the old management software is imported before going live.

Technologies and security
We develop with modern, widely used technologies chosen to last: TypeScript, React and Next.js for interfaces, Node.js and PostgreSQL for logic and data, Docker for deployment.
Security is part of the project from day one: access with roles and permissions, two-factor authentication or login with the company account (SSO), data encrypted in transit, automatic backups and an activity log. The servers are in Germany, in the European Union; if the client asks, we install the software on their own servers.
