Security is part of the project from day one: access with roles and permissions, two-factor authentication or sign-in with the company account (SSO), data encrypted in transit, automatic backups and an activity log.
How much custom software costs
The cost depends on how many features you need, how many users and sites will use it and which integrations are required. That's why the quote comes after an analysis: we make it detailed, with every item explained.
For projects we manage, we usually propose a formula with a set-up fee (development and configuration) and a monthly fee covering hosting, updates and support. Amounts are exclusive of VAT (VAT not applicable – Italian flat-rate tax scheme).

It depends on features, number of users and integrations. After an analysis we prepare a detailed quote; for projects managed by Dabryx the typical formula is a set-up fee plus a monthly fee covering hosting, updates and support.
How long does it take to develop a management system?
Timescales are set in the quote based on the scope. We work with frequent releases: the first features can be used before the end of the project, without waiting for the full release.
Custom software or off-the-shelf?
If an off-the-shelf product covers your processes well, it's often the most economical choice. Custom software makes sense when your processes are unusual, when you need integrations between several programs, or when standard software forces you to work with parallel Excel sheets.
Can the software connect to the programs we already use?
Yes. We integrate the software with management systems, e-commerce, tills, payroll and accounting via APIs and file exports and imports, depending on what the existing programs allow.
Do you provide support after release?
Yes: support for the whole duration of the contract through dedicated tickets, answered within 2 hours on working days (9:00–18:00) and within 24 hours at weekends and on public holidays.

Yes. We're based in Rocca Priora (Rome) and support clients throughout Italy, from Lazio to Emilia-Romagna, as well as international projects. We work remotely and with in-person meetings when needed.
