Pinko: multi-country HR management system for stores
How we built a staff management system for Pinko's stores in several countries: shifts, clock-ins, absences and pre-payroll export, with Microsoft SSO and 10 languages.
For Pinko, an Italian fashion brand with stores in many countries, Dabryx developed a bespoke staff management system that brings together shifts, clock-ins, holidays, sick days and leave and exports data for payroll, with manager hierarchies by country, city and store and an interface in 10 languages.

The need
Staff management for an international store network brings together needs that off-the-shelf software handles poorly: different rules for each country, managers at several levels, employees who speak different languages and payroll consultants with different data formats.
They needed a single tool that was simple for store staff and complete for coordinators, able to grow country by country.
The solution
We designed a web-based management system accessible from computers and smartphones, built around the stores' processes:
- Shifts: planning per store with coverage rules.
- Clock-ins with QR code and calculation of hours worked and overtime.
- Absences: holidays, leave and sick days with approval workflows.
- Pre-payroll export of the data for payroll processing.
- Manager hierarchy by country, city and store, with dedicated permissions at each level.
- Manager sign-in with their Microsoft company account (Entra ID SSO).
- Interface in 10 languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish, Greek, Portuguese and Russian.
- GDPR-aware: reduced access to documents after employment ends, and a record of when privacy notices have been read.
Technologies
The result
The management system is in production and is updated through continuous releases. Its multi-country, multilingual architecture makes it possible to extend the system to new markets without rewriting it.
