For Oriani Roma we run the whole checkout, warehouse and purchasing workflow with a custom ERP: items and inventory, over-the-counter sales, orders, invoices and receipts, customers and suppliers, transfers between branches and statistics, with printing of delivery notes and labels and scanner reading. The need
Checkout, warehouse and purchasing must talk to each other at all times: an item sold over the counter changes the inventory, the inventory drives supplier orders, and everything must add up on the invoice. With several branches, transfers of goods need tracking too.
The solution
We built a single system for the whole workflow:
- Over-the-counter sales with barcode scanning.
- Items and inventory always up to date.
- Purchasing and supplier orders.
- Invoices and receipts, customers and suppliers.
- Transfers between branches.
- Delivery notes and labels printed on Zebra printers.
