The hotel had no management software for rooms, reservations and booking, and this was costing it margin. It was also losing part of its foreign clientele: people writing in English, Russian or Spanish didn't always find someone able to reply.
The solution
We built the missing tools, all connected to each other:
- Custom hotel management software: rooms and availability, reservations, rates, closures, guests, services and reporting.
- Booking engine on the website, with online payment.
- Real-time translation: messages from foreign guests arrive translated and replies go out in their language.
- Website in Italian and English.
- SEO and GEO: the website was prepared to be found on Google and by AI assistants.

After the SEO and GEO work on the website, the hotel has received many more guests than before. Reservations go through the management software and foreign guests get answers in their own language.
